How does Buy-Back Protection work?

When you place your order, you will have the opportunity to purchase our ‘Buy-Back Protection’ service for only €6.95 per order. Our Buy-Back Protection allows you to return any unused currency to one of our branches at the same rate as your original purchase. What's more, no commission is charged on the exchange when you return your currency if you opt for this service. When you return to France, you can go to one of our branches, where staff will process the return and credit your means of payment. The maximum amount of currency returned is €2,000. All Redemption Protection transactions must be completed within 30 days of the original transaction.
