How long does it take to collect an order from a bureau de change?

Orders for the main currencies placed from Monday to Friday will be available for collection within 24 hours at the branch of your choice. Exotic currencies will be available within 7 working days. Please note that collection is subject to the opening hours of the designated collection branch (opening hours will be visible at the time of your order and can also be viewed on our website). Please note that a ‘working day’ corresponds to weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Shipments to branches are not made at weekends or on public holidays. For example, if your order is placed on a Sunday, with the following Monday being a bank holiday, your order will be dispatched on Tuesday, ready for collection on Wednesday.
